Terms of Service

These terms cover everything sold on this site. Buying anything here means you accept them. They are an agreement between you and Kelly Duffin, a sole proprietor based in Dundas, Ontario, Canada. You need to be 18 or older to buy.

What is on offer

• Custom Breakthrough Audio. A bespoke audio track written and recorded to the answers you give at checkout. Delivered by email within 5–7 business days.
• Custom Theta-State Meditation. A bespoke guided meditation, same basis, delivered by email within 5–7 business days.
• Single Breakthrough Session. One 60-minute private call with Kelly, held over Zoom, plus a recording.
• Intensive Container. Three 60-minute private sessions plus integration support between them.
• Identity Overhaul. Six 60-minute private sessions plus VIP access and priority support.
• The 12-Week Live Mastermind. Not yet on sale. Joining the waitlist costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

Prices are shown and charged in US dollars. Your bank may add a conversion charge or a foreign transaction fee, which is between you and your bank.

The important disclaimer

Kelly Duffin offers coaching and mentorship. It is not therapy, counselling, psychotherapy, medical treatment, or mental health care, and Kelly is not acting as your doctor, therapist, or licensed practitioner of any kind. Nothing sold here is a substitute for professional medical or mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are dealing with a mental health condition, are in crisis, or are under the care of a health professional, please keep working with them. If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services.

No results are promised. This work depends entirely on what you bring to it and what you do afterwards. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of any particular outcome, financial, personal, or otherwise, and no statement made by Kelly should be read as one. You remain responsible for your own decisions and their consequences.

Payment, refunds and cancellations

Payment is taken in full at checkout, through Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe directly. All sales are final. Refunds are not offered. This applies to every product and every session. The custom audio and meditation are made to order and work begins as soon as your answers arrive, which is why they cannot be returned. Sessions are reserved time that cannot be resold once booked. Please read the page, look at the price, and be sure before you buy.

Rescheduling sessions. Life happens, and a session can be moved if you give at least 48 hours notice. Inside 48 hours, or if you do not show up, the session is treated as delivered and is not replaced or refunded. If Kelly has to move a session, it will be rescheduled at no cost to you.

Nothing here takes away rights that consumer protection law in your jurisdiction does not allow to be taken away. Where such a right applies, it applies regardless of the paragraphs above.

Delivery

Custom audio and meditations arrive by email within 5–7 business days of Kelly receiving your completed answers. If your answers are incomplete, the clock starts when they are complete. Sessions are booked through the scheduling link sent after purchase and are held over Zoom. If something has not arrived when it should have, get in touch and it will be sorted out.

What you may do with what you receive

Everything Kelly creates for you, including audio, meditations, session recordings and written material, is licensed to you for your own personal use. You may listen to it as often as you like, forever, on your own devices. You may not copy it for other people, share it publicly, upload it to any platform, sell it, or use it commercially, including as part of your own coaching or content. Kelly Duffin keeps ownership and copyright in all of it, including the recordings made specifically for you. The site itself, its text, images and design, are likewise not yours to reuse.

What is expected of you

Give honest answers at intake, since the work is only as good as what it is built from. Turn up to your sessions. Treat the working relationship with the same respect you would expect. Kelly reserves the right to end a working relationship, without refund, in the event of abusive or threatening behaviour.

Confidentiality

What you share in your intake answers and in your sessions stays between you and Kelly. It will not be repeated, published, or used as an example without asking you first and getting a yes. Note that coaching does not carry the legal privilege that applies to doctors, lawyers and licensed therapists.

Limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Kelly Duffin is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from these services, including lost income or lost opportunity. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you actually paid for the service the claim relates to. Again, nothing here removes a right that the law does not permit to be removed.

Speaking engagements

Speaking enquiries made through this site are enquiries, not bookings. Nothing is confirmed until terms are agreed separately in writing.

Changes to these terms

These terms may change, and the date at the top will change with them. The version in force is the one published when you buy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada that apply in it. Any dispute belongs to the courts of Ontario.
